Growing Leaders

Lion In Hard HatHow would your Lions Club like to sponsor 20 new members – young, energetic, enthusiastic members! Every Lions Club has the challenge to honor the experienced members while welcoming the new ideas that younger members bring. Has your Lions Club thought about sponsoring an Omega Leos Club? These young adults (age 18-30) can be a valuable part of your Club and community.

LEOs are not a membership category; they are your Lions Club Project! Your Club is investing $100 annually to increase your vision and service. While they meet separately from your general membership, they can serve with your Club members in reaching your community.

The Leo Club Motto shows the advantages they receive in joining with your Club.

  • Leadership – They develop skills as a project organizer, time manager and team leaders.
  • Experience – Members learn how teamwork, cooperation and collaboration can bring exciting changes to your community and the world.
  • Opportunity – They make friends and feel the rewards of community service.

Of course, they can join your regular membership anytime and are welcome to participate with the Club.

Isn’t this a great way to invest in the future as our organization moves towards our second century?
